THE QUANTUM LEAP; FROM BETA TESTING TO THE NEXT STAGE! By Kristen L. Skogrand In my previous consulting and coaching engagements, I always stressed to clients (and myself): NEVER over-promise and under-deliver! As we try to take the quantum leap from beta testing to running a more comprehensive program online and offline, I have to accept that we in some areas violated my own principle. This especially pertains to the length of time it has taken to get to where we are today. To those of you who have asked - and waited - for new issues of the Safe Flier Journal™ and other benefits, I sincerely apologize for the wait. Unforeseen circumstances – and (particularly) my personal condition after the injuries I sustained during the air rage assault 3 years ago – allowed time to run by much faster than what our launch preparations could keep up with. With this in mind, I am excited as we now try to take SafeFlier.com™ and related programs to the next level. We'll do our best; and hope it's good enough. Since SafeFlier.com is non-commercial in nature, emphasizing the community outreach principle instead, our efforts would also have been impossible without the tremendous support offered by friends, associates and endorsing experts.
